Refund policy

If an order is cancelled before being dispatched a full refund will be given.

If you wish to return a product after it has been delivered you must notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving it.

The product must be in a unused and resaleable condition and only full pallets can be returned (ie the full quantity that was sent on that pallet must be returned, in the same condition as you received it).

The return delivery charge must be covered by the customer. We can arrange the return delivery for you if you wish, and the cost of return delivery will depend on the size and weight of the pallet, as well as your location.

A refund will be given once we receive the product and have checked that it is in a resalable condition. (If we have arranged the return delivery on your behalf, we will deduct the cost of this return delivery from your refund).
