Delivery

Our products can be delivered to most parts of the UK (mainland) by pallet network, and the delivery charge is included in the price of the product to most locations (delivery supplements apply to Scotland and inner London only).

The pallet network use large lorries to deliver and unload using a tail lift and pallet pump truck. Access to your property must be suitable for a lorry and there needs to be hard level ground for the driver to unload (as the pallet pump truck will not work on grass, gravel, slopes etc). Refunds & Returns

If an order is cancelled before being dispatched a full refund will be given.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched it is then treated as a return.

If you wish to return an item you must notify us of the return as soon as possible, and always within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in an unused and resaleable condition and only full pallets can be returned (ie the full quantity that was sent on that pallet must be returned, in the same condition as you received it). The return delivery charge must be covered by the customer. We can arrange the return delivery if you wish, with the cost of this being £70 per pallet from most areas, but higher from London and Scotland. The return delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. If you arrange a return delivery at your own cost, then a full refund will be given once the item is received and inspected.
